Refund & Guarantee Policy

At Pass MRI, your success is our priority. If you complete the Pass MRI program and do not pass the ARRT or ARMRIT MRI Registry Exam after three (3) attempts, you may qualify for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must attempt the ARRT or ARMRIT MRI Registry Exam three (3) times.
• You must provide official exam score reports for each attempt.
• To qualify, you must complete all Pass MRI course modules and demonstrate active participation (e.g., logins, practice exam attempts, or progress records). Passive purchase without course activity does not qualify.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@passmri.com within 30 days of your third failed attempt.
• Refunds are limited to one per student and apply only to the original purchaser.

CE Credit Courses

• All ASRT-approved CE courses are non-refundable.
• Once enrolled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether the post-test has been started or completed.
• CE credit certificates are only issued upon successful completion of the post-test.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal).
• Processing may take up to 10 business days.
• All refund requests must be made in writing to support@passmri.com.
