We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
• You have not accessed or downloaded any CE module or CE post-test
  (access includes viewing, starting, or interacting with any CE module or CE post-test)
• You have not been issued a CE completion certificate
• Refunds are limited to one per user account

If any of the above conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 30-day refund window has passed
• You have accessed the CE module or CE post-test
• A CE completion certificate has been issued to your account
