These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PassMRI, owned and operated by Scanpro LLC (DBA PassMRI), located in Ontario, California. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using PassMRI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
PassMRI is an online exam preparation platform designed for MRI technologists preparing for the ARRT and ARMRIT registry exams. The platform provides practice questions, a Registry Exam Simulator, MRI study guides, and an ASRT-approved continuing education module. Access is provided for 365 days from the date of purchase. PassMRI is a supplemental educational resource and is not a substitute for formal education or clinical training.
3. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share, transfer, or disclose your account credentials to any other person. PassMRI permits one active session per account at a time. Any suspected account sharing may result in immediate suspension. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Single User License
Your membership grants access to one individual user for personal, non-commercial, self-study purposes only. Your account may not be used by multiple individuals, shared with others, or used for group, classroom, or institutional purposes. Any use beyond a single individual user constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Payment
PassMRI charges a one-time annual fee of $99.00 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. For information about refunds, please review our Refund Policy at passmri.com/refund.

7. CE Credits and Certificates
PassMRI is an ASRT-approved continuing education provider. CE credits may only be issued on or after June 1, 2026, which is the approved activity start date. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the CE post-test with a score of 75% or higher. CE certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued. PassMRI does not guarantee that CE credits will be accepted by any specific organization or employer. It is the user's responsibility to verify CE acceptance with their certifying body.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on PassMRI including practice questions, study guides, exam simulators, images, course materials, and software is the property of Scanpro LLC and is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from Scanpro LLC. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content. You agree not to attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools. You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of the platform. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or credentials. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
PassMRI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and clinical relevance of our content, we do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any certification exam. PassMRI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ARRT or ARMRIT in any way.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Scanpro LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, exam failure, loss of employment opportunity, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scanpro LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms such as sharing account credentials or distributing platform content, without refund in cases of violation. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease and you will lose access to all content and services.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PassMRI shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Bernardino County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Scanpro LLC.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
16. Force Majeure
Scanpro LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scanpro LLC regarding your use of PassMRI and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
19. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email.
